Notes
Cooking Tips for Jollibee-Inspired Burger Steak Recipe:
- Creating a delectable crust on the patties is essential. Before cooking, ensure your pan or grill is scorching hot. Sear the patties at high heat for a brief period on each side. This process traps the juices inside, resulting in a flavorful, golden-brown exterior.
- To achieve a velvety, rich gravy, continuously whisk the flour and butter mixture until it transforms into a light brown roux. Gradually introduce the beef broth while stirring, preventing any lump formation. Allow the gravy to gently simmer until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Infusing additional layers of flavor can elevate your burgers. A splash of Worcestershire sauce added to the patty mixture imparts a profound depth of taste. Alternatively, sautéing finely chopped onions and garlic before incorporating them into the mixture lends a savory, aromatic essence.
