    • Developers' notes: We intend for players to earn more Bronze as you level up, so you can more easily start purchasing upgrades and rewards. At level 70, these caches now award 8750 Bronze (this was previously 1750 Bronze).
  • Fixed an issue where the Celestial Court bosses on the Timeless Isle would occasionally despawn.
  • Fixed a bug affecting the scaling of certain Tinker gems.
  • Putrid Waste enemies in Throne of Thunder no longer deal extreme amounts of Putrify damage.
  • Brewmaster Blanche now queues you for A Brewing Storm when asked.
  • The Paragon of the Mists title is now account wide.

Cataclysm Classic

  • Fixed an issue where boosted characters were not properly learning their class and spec's Armor Proficiency.
  • Fixed a bug with achievement completion tracking for the meta-achievement Classic Dungeonmaster.
  • Death Knight Brutal Gladiator gear on the Outland Armor Quartermasters in Stormwind and Orgrimmar has been discounted so that their prices match those of other classes.
  • Mor'norokk the Hateful can no longer be erroneously killed by players on the quest "On Second Thought, Take One Prisoner".
  • Fixed an issue that was removing the Dormus' Rage aura from players who were teleported to Feralas.

  1. Oh this is a great change for those who want all the goodies and to upgrade their gear.

  1. Any idea what kinds of Tinker gem issues were fixed? "Certain" is a bit vague.

  1. A good step forward, but it'd still help if the gear upgrade costs were cut by at least 20%

    Just a quick fyi before you get too exited like i was; 8750 is the amount you get if you do all 7 daylie caches, not per single cache.

  1. Problem still persists. No steady way to progress. After farming LFR for several days I haven't grinded even 1k stats and still can't even complete SOLO scenario, because of how overtuned it is. I've completed several LFRs today, thx to 1-2M DPS frog farmers, who've carried us. But players seem to focus on certain LFR wings, so after completing some of them queue has become dead. And that's it. Nothing else to do today. And I've grinded may be just 10k bronze, that is nonsense.

    Again. This is real reason, why I no longer buy current xpack. I become very emotional, when I buy xpack, pay sub fee, content is such junk and Blizzard don't do anything about it, while problem is obvious. I guess, they're competent enough to do some simple math, so such design is most likely intentional. I become angry and annoyed in most cases. And I don't want to kill my brain cells.

    Correct.

    Doing the 3x daily bonus stuff with another full clear of SoO (NORMAL) => ~10.000 bronze with drops turned to bronze

    Its a joke for a DAILY progression when you need 450k+ just for gear upgrades or 1.8mio for the cosmetics.

    Not worth the time spend, since you wont make any reasonable progress.

    What you get per day for doing 1-2 hours with this time gated stuff, is what you would have gotten in 5-7min grinding mobs over the weekend.

    ~1 hour frogging => 1 week ahead
    ~10 hours frogging => 10 weeks ahead
    ~15-20 hours frogging => more bronze as you could do in the full MOP REMIX duration

    Blizzard thinks players are this stupid. On the other hand people seem to be happy about the situation post-buffs.

    Maybe this is what the community deserves.

    That's why I call it SL 2.0. Because simple math is needed to determine, that grinding 400k at 500/day rate while completing 100% content is obvious BS. Because: 1) Casual players don't have time to complete 100% content 2) They don't want to do it every single day. You know. Even after 3 years of playing ZM ALL my characters had enough Anima to level just 2 f**king covenant sanctums. It was mathematically impossible to do it, when it was current.

    Same here. 5k/hour is obvious BS. And as in case of SL - at least 500% buff is needed for sure. Both for stats and bronze.

  1. Note that this dev note is not implemented yet. "Developers' notes: We intend for players to earn more Bronze as you level up, so you can more easily start purchasing upgrades and rewards. At level 70, these caches now award 8750 Bronze (this was previously 1750 Bronze)."
    At least on the EU side.

    Just did my quests and got 1250 bronze per legendary cache.

    It's definitely misleading. The first normal scenario, heroic scenario, normal dungeon, and heroic dungeon you do each day will award a greater bronze cache with 1250 bronze. The three dailies will also reward a greater bronze cache with 1250 bronze. If you do all 7 of these activities, you will get 8,750 bronze from the caches per day.

    Maybe the problem is you. Upgrade your gear (with Bronze) and equip legendary gems. Try some Normal raids.

  1. I really dont understand why some people are so against doing Normal mode. The groups form faster than the f*cking LFR queue and the content is just as easy(I would even argue sometimes easier) as LFR. I'm really all for accessibility and I would probably have not designed it with multiple raid difficulties but if you cant even do normal mode with overpowered characters in 10+ year old content you are the problem not the game. I also dont wanna hear anything about "ooh the toxic players" people are chill af 99% of the time and even trade gear they dont need.

    That being said they need to nerf the upgrade cost further as its still too high. I also still think the Bones grind for Tusks is stupid but thats a different debate.

    maybe that depends on a server and what role you play, but right now for me, a random wing of lfr - not even exaggerating, takes 10-15 minutes including the queue time, I get extra bronze cache for completion and I don't have to worry about getting into a group, not getting kicked from a group, making sure I have enough time to stay for the entire raid vs just 3 bosses per wing.

    moreover - maybe YOUR character is overpowered. mine? is not. and in order for her to get anywhere near overpowered those groups would accept, I will have to spend all my bronze and then some - upgrading temporary gear vs spending it on cosmetics that will last into retail.

    the ONLY reason to do anything other then lfr - is for specific achievements and in case of SoO - tusks.
