Kyle Reyes your ability to cherry-pick words and then make nonsensical "logical connections" - always and invariably in tune with Tucker and his Kremlin handlers - is stupefying. I watched that interview. He did not say that, and Russia did not invade "because of NATO" - this has been clear to anyone with half-a-brain who has been following the events and Kremlin's proclamations. Ukraine was not in NATO, and America is one of the countries that blocked its aspirations every step of the way (incl. Biden) - and we see the result. Sweden and Finland were quickly admitted - not a peep from Putin, and he withdrew troops from Finland border.

NATO and Security Council are outdated organizations by a few decades - don’t serve any purpose for peace. Like to know where NATO has brought peace in last 75 years. With demise of Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact, Europe should have its own security organization which includes Turkey and Russia ( provided Russia agrees to have democratic system within 6 years with free press and without political prisoners) - it can also apply for EU membership along with Ukraine. I would like to ask whether NATO countries fight for wars where America gets involved. Russia keeps Crimea and there can be some sort or referendum for other parts in Ukraine as Russia and Ukraine has intertwined relationship for nearly 2 centuries, intermarriages and millions of Ukrainians living in Russia and vice-versa. NATO is one of main causes of war between Russia and Ukraine. How did America react when Nikita Khrushchev placed missiles in Cuba - missiles crisis of 1962. Problems arose with eastwards expansion of NATO with the demise of Soviet Union. I condemn Russia invading Ukraine. Pope Francis clearly said that NATO was the main cause for Russia invading Ukraine. Why is not NATO bringing peace between Netanyahu/Israel Vs Militant Hamas/Palestinians?

By what stretch of the imagination is NATO a threat to Russia? Russia has enjoyed unprecedented security, functionally greater than any time since the beginning of the 20th century. Russia has behaved in the late 80 and through the 90s, as NATO expanded, as if its security was improving: defense spending declined sharply. The Red Army was cut in half and reduced to such a degree, that it was relatively weaker than it had been in almost 400 years. Russia even withdrew their forces from Poland and the other Warsaw packs. After the soviet collapse it even welcomed and favored the reunited Germany becoming a part of NATO. Since its beginning NATO has not and does not propose a security threat to Russia, but the threat that NATO poses to Russia’s is the threat to its century’s long imperialism and its desire to reclaim its traditional position of control over many of its neighbors. Just as the attack on Pearl Harbor served as a wake-up call for the evils of empire building, the invasion of the Ukraine serves as a wake-up call that there are still those in the world that want to take control of others.

“Putin has stated” Which version of the story is this? I thought it was a “special military operation” to protect Russian ethnic minorities. Which then changed to “purging Nazis”. Which changed to “protecting independence seeking regions” (hilarious hypocrisy given Russia’s violent oppression of Chenchnya’s efforts toward autonomy and independence). Which changed to outright annexation of territory. Now the story is “to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO”, which really isn’t Russia’s decision to make. What if Poland had invaded Belarus to prevent it from joining CSTO, claiming that such a partnership represented a direct threat to its existence given Russia’s history of violence towards Poland? It’s more plausible than Russia’s latest version of its “justification”.

See, that was kinda funny … I sort of thought (y’know, actually living in the countries in question) NATO’s expansion into Finland and Sweden — enabled and pushed by Biden, yes indeed —actually happened AFTER Putin’s "special military operation" into Ukraine!But this guy clearly knows better! He is saying no, no, no — the "special military operation" was actually provoked by the expansion Biden pushed, so the expansion must have happened BEFORE the invasion... Funny how different reality looks from some people’s perspective… 🤣

Uh, Putin took over Crimea in 2014 before Biden was even President. Considering the West did nothing about that only emboldened Putin to try and take more. Russia has already stated they would be open to negotiating peace on the condition that Ukraine cede all the territory that they have already illegally seized from Ukraine. Also, NATO has already xpanded during the war, adding Finland and Sweden who figured they were next on Putins land grab. If Putin is successful does anyone believe he will stop at Ukraine?

The only countries that joined NATO under Biden's presidency are Finland and Sweden, and they joined in 2023, AFTER Evildimir Putin invaded Ukraine.And expanding NATO is a good thing, except for fascist dictator.

Well, the context is that in the Biden term, ALREADY WITH PUTIN'S WAR GOING, NATO actually has significantly expanded with admission of Sweden and Finland, with significant diplomatic involvement of the USA to expedite that process. That is absolutely correct 🤷♂️ and is a great achievement for the USA and the allies.If not for Putin's "efforts" attacking Ukraine in 2022, both Sweden and Finland most surely would have remained neutral.
