While making that keto dessert we realized that the chocolate mousse tasted amazing on its own too. To be more specific it is AMAZING and even better than any sugar loaded chocolate mousse I have ever had!

This low carb chocolate mousse recipe is the perfect keto chocolate dessert that is done in under 5 minutes! Perfect for if you don’t feel like waiting to have dessert!

When I make keto desserts I like them to be super easy. After dinner when the kids are having their dessert I want to be able to join them but I need it to be quick and easy. I don’t have the patience for a long and involved dessert at that time of the day. I am tired and just want to get some relaxing in.

Most chocolate mousse recipes involving having to separate eggs and the yokes, melting chocolate, beating eggs and then chilling the chocolate mousse in the fridge. That is honestly to much work for me after dinner. With this easy low carb mousse you don’t have to do any of that, in fact you don’t have to do any hard work at all!

How to serve Keto Fluffy Chocolate Mousse

You can serve this low carb chocolate dessert in whatever bowls or glasses that you want to. I like to serve it in glass dishes so it looks all fancy.

You can use a spoon to spoon the mousse into bowls, or make it fancy looking by using a piping bag.

This Low Carb Chocolate mousse is amazing on its own, but if you want to take it up a notch add a bit of homemade sugar free whipped cream, and a few lily’s chocolate chips or some shreds of dark chocolate on top.   • 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
