Semiya pakoda recipe with step by step photos. Today I am sharing a weekend special snack recipe with you all. Super tasty, crispy and flavorful semiya pakoda loaded with veggies.Semiya pakoda recipe is our all time favorite though I do not make it often. Last week I had a strong craving for this semiya pakoda heavily spiced with ginger when the day was gloomy and dull. I always add loads of ginger and green chili in pakoda recipes. Ginger adds a nice flavor and fried green chilies are just delicious.
I have made this semiya pakoda recipe more delicious by adding loads of veggies. Addition of veggies makes this very interesting snack. I am also giving you three ways to fry this pakoda. You can deep fry, shallow fry in very less oil or fry them in a paniyarakal. I have tried all the three methods many times and they come out well.
To make semiya pakoda recipe you can use regular semiya used for making semiya upma. You can add your favorite vegetables. I have added boiled corn, carraot, capsicum and some soaked moong. I just had few spoons of soaked moong so added it. It gave a very nice crunch though. You can even add boiled potatoes.
Serve semiya pakoda piping hot as soon as made with tea.
