- 2 espresso shots
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp coconut cream or heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, and coconut cream.
Add spices, sweetener, vanilla extract, and stir well and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the coffee.
Top with heavy cream and enjoy!
